The Phase II project of the Three Gorges Energy Zhangpu Liuao Offshore Wind Farm in Zhangzhou, Fujian, is located in the waters southeast of the Zhangpu Liuao Peninsula. Covering an area of ​​approximately 22.9 square kilometers, it is the first offshore wind farm project in the waters off southern Fujian and the first in China to deploy 16-megawatt offshore wind turbines on a large scale.
