On July 26, 2026, CCTV visited Wenzhou's Maritime Economic Development Zone and conducted an in-depth interview with Lin Deng, Chairman of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. In an exclusive interview, Chairman Lin Deng highlighted the company's core achievements. Yong'an Machinery, founded in 1985, settled in Wenzhou's Maritime Economic Development Zone in 2020 as an investment attraction project. It is now a national key "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in specialized and innovative technologies, a national high-tech enterprise, and a leader in the domestic piling equipment sub-sector. The company boasts four major series: hydraulic impact hammers, hydraulic vibratory hammers, electric vibratory hammers, and pile turners. Its flagship products include the world's largest single-acting hydraulic piling hammer, the YC-280 (280-ton hammer core, maximum impact energy 5000 kJ), and the YC-80 hydraulic hammer specifically designed for deep-sea applications, covering scenarios such as offshore wind power, cross-sea bridges, and port terminals. The YC-280, which rolled off the production line on February 24, 2025, broke the long-term monopoly of overseas companies on ultra-large hydraulic piling hammers. It is currently in stable service in the East China Sea and South China Sea wind farm construction projects undertaken by CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., providing a tangible "Chinese solution" for global offshore wind power construction.

Chairman Lin Deng is currently a senior engineer, a visiting professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and an industry professor at Wenzhou University of Technology. He has received honors such as the Special Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Chinese Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, Wenzhou Entrepreneurial Leading Talent, and Vice Chairman of the Longwan District Science and Technology Association.
Facing the CCTV camera, he candidly recalled his starting point — forty years ago, he was an apprentice dealing with oil stains, blueprints, and special materials. It was that experience working on the front lines that instilled in him a deep understanding of every detail of piling machinery. He knew that piling equipment operates deep within the most arduous construction sites, and any minor flaw could affect the safety of major projects. This sense of awe constantly spurred him and his team to strive for excellence.

He firmly believes that only technological barriers forged over time can give a company the confidence to weather global economic cycles. This determination has translated into tangible results — the company has spearheaded the development of over 20 national and industry standards, including hydraulic pile hammers, holds over 200 patents, and seven products have been recognized as the first of their kind in Zhejiang Province, achieving a high level of independent control over heavy-duty offshore wind power construction equipment. Among them, the newly developed gas-liquid dual-acting pile hammers YS280 and YS350 (maximum striking energy of 280kJ and 350kJ respectively , frequency of 40 times / minute) were put into use by the end of 2025 , suitable for underwater construction, completely breaking the foreign monopoly on underwater pile hammers.

He led his team to live in the factory, repeatedly testing material strength, optimizing the hydraulic system, and rewriting control programs. After hundreds of failures, they finally overcame the key technologies of large-tonnage static pile drivers, developing the " Sea-Suppressing Marvel " adapted to China's complex geological conditions , making " Yong'an Machinery " a respected name among its peers.
