YONGAN CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
Zhejiang Yongan Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. (Wenzhou Yongan Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd.) was established in 1985 and is dedicated to the design, R&D, manufacturing, and rental of piling equipment—including hydraulic impact hammers, hydraulic vibratory hammers, electric vibratory hammers, and pile turners. The company operates four production bases across China—located in Fuding (Fujian), Wuhu (Anhui), the Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the Wenzhou Marine Economic Development Zone—with a total land area of 227 mu and a total building area of 125,251 square meters (comprising 10,860 m² in Fuding, 20,478 m² in Wuhu, 25,013 m² in the Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and 68,900 m² in the Wenzhou Marine Economic Development Zone). Over the past four decades, thanks to the support of its customers, the company has significantly enhanced its global visibility and influence, gradually emerging as a leading enterprise in the niche sectors of piling and marine engineering equipment.
Yongan piling hammers are widely used in the construction of wharves, bridges, trestles, waterway projects, offshore wind farms, and building foundations; notably, over the past two years, more than 60% of the products have been utilized in major offshore projects such as offshore wind farms, cross-sea bridges, and offshore oil platforms. Yongan piling hammers offer advantages such as advanced technology, high driving efficiency, ease of operation, low failure rates, professional after-sales support, and a long track record of replacing imported equipment. The product lineup includes over 30 models of hydraulic vibratory hammers (YZ-90D to YZ-1600), more than 20 models of electric vibratory hammers (DZJ-45 to DZJ-600), over 10 models of pile turners (FZQ-100 to FZQ-1200), and more than 30 models of hydraulic impact hammers (YC-3 to YC-280). The YC-280—an ultra-large hydraulic piling hammer that rolled off the production line on February 24 of this year—features a 280-ton ram and a maximum impact energy of 5,000 kJ, making it a world-class, extra-large single-acting hydraulic piling hammer. This equipment has broken the long-standing monopoly held by overseas companies in this sector and provides a "Chinese solution" for the offshore wind power industry; it has already been shipped to the Qidong wind farm to provide precision service for the CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. "Yongan" brand piling hammers have a global footprint, finding widespread application in over 300 large-scale domestic bridge projects and across more than 80 countries, while establishing the company as a premier supplier to over a dozen central state-owned enterprises, including the China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group and CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.
In recent years, the company has successively obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and EU CE certifications, and has garnered numerous honors, including recognition as a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise (specializing in niche markets with cutting-edge technologies), a National High-tech Enterprise, and a Zhejiang Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Station. Mr. Lin Deng, the company's Chairman, serves as Vice President of the International Association of Large-Diameter Engineering Wells (Piles) and Vice President of the China Dredging Association, and is recognized as a leading entrepreneurial talent in Wenzhou. The company operates a provincial-level enterprise research institute and has appointed Dr. Shi Yinuo—a national-level young leading talent—as Chief Technology Officer. It maintains deep collaborative relationships with various universities and research institutions, such as Tongji University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Beijing Research Institute of Construction Mechanization, and Wenzhou University of Technology. To date, the company holds 176 patents (comprising 22 invention patents, 138 utility model patents, and 16 design patents). It has led the drafting of six product standards (including one national standard, one industry standard, and four group standards) and participated in the formulation or revision of twelve standards (including four national standards, two industry standards, five group standards, and one foreign-language translation project). Additionally, the company has received recognition for five "First Set" (major technical equipment) products at the provincial level.
Moving forward, the company will remain steadfastly focused on key strategic initiatives—such as technological innovation, management optimization, and quality enhancement—as it competes alongside world-class pile hammer brands. By advancing the R&D and promotion of pile hammers to higher levels across a broader range of applications, the company aims to provide clients involved in major offshore projects—including offshore wind farms, cross-sea bridges, and offshore oil platforms—with its superior products, excellent service, and outstanding quality, thereby establishing "Yongan Hammer—Precision in Every Strike" as a renowned high-end brand.
