On the afternoon of July 21, 2026, the inaugural meeting and first general assembly of the Zhejiang Yongan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Association for Science and Technology were grandly held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company's office building. Wu Yifeng and Bian Haigen, officials from the Longwan District Association for Science and Technology, attended the meeting to provide guidance; the company's Chairman, Lin Deng, was present, along with all members of the company's Association for Science and Technology.

Subsequently, Wu Yifeng, Chairman of the Longwan District Association for Science and Technology, read out the official approval for the establishment of the Zhejiang Yongan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Association for Science and Technology. The document noted that the company, founded in 1985, specializes in the design, R&D, manufacturing, and rental of piling machinery—including hydraulic impact hammers, hydraulic vibratory hammers, electric vibratory hammers, and pile turners. It operates a provincial-level enterprise research institute and has appointed Dr. Shi Yinuo—a national-level young leading talent—as Chief Technology Officer. The company maintains deep collaborative relationships with various institutions, including Tongji University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Beijing Research Institute of Construction Machinery, and Wenzhou University of Technology. To date, the company holds 177 patents, has led or participated in the revision of 19 standards, and has secured seven "First Set" (major technical equipment) awards at the provincial level, establishing itself as a leading enterprise in the niche sectors of piling and marine engineering equipment.

For the third item on the agenda, staff members read out the list of members for the First General Assembly of the Zhejiang Yongan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Association for Science and Technology. A headcount confirmed that 24 members were scheduled to attend and 24 were present, meeting the quorum requirement.

The assembly reviewed and adopted the *Constitution (Draft) of the Zhejiang Yongan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Association for Science and Technology*. By establishing itself as a "home for scientific and technical personnel," the Association seeks to drive the company's scientific progress and technological innovation, thereby serving the company's sustainable development.

The inaugural leadership team was elected through a democratic process.

During the election session, the assembly reviewed and approved the *Election Procedures (Draft) for the First General Meeting of Members of the Zhejiang Yongan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Association for Science and Technology*, as well as the list of scrutineers and vote counters. In accordance with the election procedures, the assembly elected the members of the First Committee of the Association via a show of hands. Ten individuals—Lin Deng, Zhang Jian, Jin Bingjie, Shi Yinuo, Ge Changfeng, Xu Ruiyang, Lin Xinru, Lin Yuhao, Chen Zengzeng, and Yang Zhenyu—were elected to the First Committee.

Subsequently, the newly elected members convened the first plenary session of the First Committee to elect the Association's first leadership team. Lin Deng was elected Chairperson of the First Committee of the Zhejiang Yongan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Association for Science and Technology, Zhang Jian was elected Vice Chairperson, and Jin Bingjie was elected Secretary-General.

Plaque Presentation Ceremony: Embarking on a Brand-New Journey

A grand plaque-presentation ceremony was held. Wu Yifeng, Chairman of the Longwan District Association for Science and Technology, presented the plaque to the Association for Science and Technology of Zhejiang Yongan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., and Lin Deng, Chairman of the company's association, stepped forward to accept it.

Lin Deng, the newly elected Chairman of the Association for Science and Technology, delivered an acceptance speech. He pledged to conscientiously fulfill his duties, unite and lead all members, and—closely aligning with the company’s core operations—actively conduct activities such as academic exchanges, technological innovation, science popularization, and talent development. Wu Yifeng, Chairman of the Longwan District Association for Science and Technology, extended warm congratulations on the establishment of the Association for Science and Technology at Zhejiang Yongan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. He noted that enterprise-based associations for science and technology serve as a vital bridge connecting the Party and government with technical personnel in enterprises, acting as a key force in advancing corporate scientific and technological endeavors.
