The Inaugural Meeting and First General Assembly of the Yongan Machinery Association for Science and Technology Concluded Successfully

On the afternoon of July 21, 2026, the inaugural meeting of the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. and its first members' meeting were solemnly held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company's office building. Wu Yifeng and Bian Haigen, chairmen of the Longwan District Science and Technology Association, attended the meeting to provide guidance. Lin Deng, chairman of the company, attended the meeting, and all members of the company's Science and Technology Association participated in the meeting.

The opening of the conference heralded a new era of progress.

Chairman Lin Deng delivered the opening remarks. He pointed out that the establishment of the company's Science and Technology Association is a major event in the company's development, marking an important step forward in the company's technological innovation and talent development. Subsequently, Wu Yifeng, Chairman of the Longwan District Science and Technology Association, read out the approval document for the establishment of the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. The document stated that Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 1985, is committed to the design, research and development, production, and leasing services of piling equipment such as hydraulic impact hammers, hydraulic vibratory hammers, electric vibratory hammers, and pile turners. It possesses a provincial-level enterprise research institute, has appointed Dr. Shi Yinuo, a national young leading talent, as its chief technology officer, and has established in-depth cooperation with many universities and research institutions, including Tongji University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Beijing Institute of Construction Mechanization, and Wenzhou University of Technology. Currently, the company holds 177 patents, has edited or participated in the revision of 19 standards, and has obtained 7 provincial first-of-its-kind equipment certifications, making it a leading enterprise in the subdivided field of piling and marine engineering equipment.

Reviewing the charter to solidify the institutional foundation

The third item on the agenda was the reading of the membership list for the first general meeting of the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. A headcount confirmed that 24 members were present, meeting the required quorum.

The conference reviewed and approved the "Draft Charter of the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd." The charter clarifies that the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. is a voluntary mass organization of scientific and technological workers by the company's scientific and technological personnel. It serves as a bridge and link between the company's management and scientific and technological workers, is an important force in promoting the company's scientific and technological progress and innovation, and is a grassroots organization of the municipal and district science and technology associations, receiving guidance from the district science and technology association in its work. The association's purpose is to unite and mobilize the company's scientific and technological personnel, focusing on improving the company's economic efficiency and sustainable development, giving full play to their initiative and creativity, carrying out various mass science and technology association activities, conducting academic exchanges, popularizing scientific and technological knowledge, developing and cultivating talent, improving the scientific and technological level of employees, and building the association into a "home for scientific and technological workers," promoting the company's scientific and technological progress and innovation, and serving the company's sustainable development.

The first leadership team was elected through democratic elections.

During the election process, the congress reviewed and approved the "Election Method (Draft) for the First Member Congress of the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd." and the list of scrutineers and vote counters. According to the election method, the congress elected the members of the first committee of the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. by a show of hands. Lin Deng, Zhang Jian, Jin Bingjie, Shi Yinuo, Ge Changfeng, Xu Ruiyang, Lin Xinru, Lin Yuhao, Chen Zengzeng, and Yang Zhenyu were elected as members of the first committee.

Subsequently, the newly elected committee members convened the first plenary meeting of the first committee, electing the first leadership team of the association. Comrade Lin Deng was elected as the chairman of the first committee of the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Comrade Zhang Jian was elected as the vice chairman, and Comrade Jin Bingjie was elected as the secretary-general.

Awarding ceremony marks the beginning of a new journey.

A grand plaque-awarding ceremony was held at the conference. Wu Yifeng, Chairman of the Longwan District Science and Technology Association, presented the plaque to the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., and Lin Deng, Chairman of the company's Science and Technology Association, accepted the plaque on stage.

Newly elected Chairman of the Science and Technology Association, Lin Deng, made a statement. He stated that he would earnestly fulfill his responsibilities as Chairman of the Association, unite and lead all members, closely focus on the company's central work, and actively carry out activities such as academic exchange, technological innovation, science popularization, and talent cultivation. In his speech, Wu Yifeng, Chairman of the Longwan District Science and Technology Association, extended warm congratulations on the establishment of the Science and Technology Association of Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. He pointed out that enterprise science and technology associations serve as a bridge and link between the Party and the government and enterprise science and technology workers, and are an important force in the development of science and technology in enterprises.
