Precautions For Using Hydraulic Impact Pile Drivers
hydraulic impact pile hammer Before construction, underground obstacles should be detected in the work area. There should be no untreated underground pipelines, structures or other obstacles within the impact range of pile driving. A drainage system should be reasonably set up according to geological and hydrological conditions to prevent water accumulation on the site during construction.
The piling work site should be leveled and compacted. The ground slope should preferably not exceed 3%, and the foundation bearing capacity should not be less than 8.5 N/cm² (approximately 85 kPa) to ensure the operational stability and construction safety of the hydraulic impact hammer piling machine.
Operators should be familiar with the hammer structure, hydraulic system, impact mechanism, and its maintenance procedures. They can only operate independently after becoming proficient and passing training. Operation by non-piling machine operators is strictly prohibited.
The work site should be kept clean, and effective safety protection measures should be taken for the piling platform. Tools and parts used on the piling frame must be placed in tool bags and must not be left lying around to prevent falling accidents.
During hydraulic impact hammer pile driver operations, the safety warning radius should be determined based on equipment parameters and construction plan, and monitoring personnel must not enter the danger zone of the hammer. Reliable safety barriers and clear warning signs should be set up around the pile driver.
