Construction Process Of Hydraulic Vibratory Pile Driver
Preliminary Survey: Based on project requirements, a geological survey is conducted at the construction site to analyze soil properties, groundwater levels, and other factors to determine the depth, number, and layout of the pile foundations.
Equipment Placement: The hydraulic vibro hammer equipment is transported to the construction site and positioned according to the planned pile locations, ensuring alignment between the equipment and the piles.
Pile Driving Guidance: A small hole is drilled near the pile location, and a guide rod is inserted to guide the pile.
Hammering: The vibratory hammer for excavator hammer head is aligned with the pile tip, and the hydraulic system is activated for hammering. During pile driving, the verticality and penetration of the pile are monitored in real time using monitoring instruments, and the driving force and frequency are adjusted accordingly.
Pile Splicing: When the penetration of a pile reaches the design requirements, pile driving is paused for splicing. During splicing, care must be taken to ensure the alignment of the axes of the upper and lower pile sections to avoid misalignment.
Continue Pile Driving: After splicing, hammering continues until all pile foundation construction is completed.
