Common Faults Of Electric Vibratory Pile Hammer

1. Electric Vibro Hammer Motor current is too large

(1) If the voltage meter reading is low and the ammeter reading is high, it should be determined whether the motor current is too large due to the low power supply voltage.

(2) There is an oil level hole on the front of Electric Vibro Hammer. When adding lubricating oil, it should be filled to the oil level hole. If too much is added, the resistance of the eccentric block will increase, which will increase the load and current of the motor.

(3) When one motor on the Electric Vibro Hammer of the dual motor fails, the load of the other motor will increase and the ammeter reading will increase.

(4) When the geology is too hard, if the Electric Vibro Hammer excitation force is less than the required penetration force of the formation, the ammeter reading will increase, that is, the Electric Vibro Hammer selection is too small.

(5) When pressurizing, the current may reach 1.5 times or more of the rated current. The pressurizing current should be controlled not to exceed 1.5 times and the pressurizing time should not exceed 1 minute.

2. The box is too hot. If the box temperature is too hot to touch, it should be checked in time.

(1) Caused by excessive lubricating oil in the box. (2) The bearing radial clearance is too tight or the axial clearance is improper.

3. The vibration frequency is too low

(1) If the motor is missing a phase, the machine should be stopped immediately.

(2) If the pulley is slipping, the belt should be re-tensioned or replaced.

4. Abnormal noise during operation Electric Vibro Hammer If abnormal noise occurs during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately to check whether the various connection parts of the equipment are loose. If they are loose, tighten them before operation.
