Common Faults And Troubleshooting Methods Of Electric Vibratory Pile Hammer
If the electric vibro hammer hammer fails to start, meaning it doesn't jump, it may be due to soft soil. Repeat the process several times until the pile has some resistance and the hammer can start again.
Uneven jump height and air leakage in the cylinder hammer
1. If the piston ring is worn, resulting in insufficient compression, replace the piston ring in the electric pump.
If the cylinder hammer stops moving during operation
1. Check for sufficient battery power and recharge immediately.
2. Check the electric pump check valve for tightness. If not, clean the check valve and grind it if necessary.
3. Check the battery connection for leakage. If leakage is detected, replace the battery immediately.
Premature explosion of the electric vibratory hammer is usually caused by equipment overload, poor internal lubrication, aging components, or improper operation. Prolonged high-frequency vibration can easily lead to loose bearings and motor overheating, potentially posing an explosion hazard. Carefully inspect the equipment before use, maintain proper heat dissipation and lubrication, and avoid prolonged continuous operation.
If the electric pump push rod fails to return to its original position
1. Clean the pump if there is dirt inside.
2. If the spring is insufficient or broken, replace it with a new one.
