Analysis Of The Reasons For The Lack Of Impact Energy In Electric Vibratory Pile Drivers
The most common problem with the electric vibro hammer equipment is insufficient impact energy. This significantly reduces the hammer's efficiency, leading to longer project times and increased costs. Several factors can contribute to this problem.
Reason: electric vibratory hammer has high requirements for power supply capacity. When the power supply capacity is insufficient, the voltage is too low, or the line voltage drop is too large, the motor cannot output its rated power, causing the eccentric block speed to decrease, resulting in insufficient vibration impact energy. Furthermore, inverter current limiting, improper parameter settings, or motor overheat protection activation can also significantly reduce the hammer's working efficiency.
