Cause: Hammer components wear over time. Internal components of electric vibro hammer, such as eccentric shafts, bearings, damping rubber, and couplings, may wear out. This can lead to decreased efficiency of the hammer's internal mechanisms and loss of impact energy.
Solution – Regular Maintenance: Develop a regular maintenance plan, inspecting and replacing worn components of electric vibratory hammer. This includes checking the eccentric shaft for scratches or signs of damage, replacing cylinder seals if they are leaking oil, and lubricating bushings to reduce friction.
